Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all rolloff.com sales.

Payment Methods
Cash, company check, certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing, (credit card for parts purchases only). All funds must be in US dollars only. If you need assistance with financing our knowledgeable sales staff will be happy to help.

Deposits can be arrange with our sales staff.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Florida buyers will be responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as title/registration fees within the state of Florida. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Our sales staff can assist the buyer with Shipping arrangement. Rolloff.com assumes no responsibility for damage or theft incurred after leaving our premises. Full payment must be received before the vehicle is released for shippment.

Vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated in the vehicle purchase agreement. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available through rolloff.com or the manufacturer contact our sales staff for more details.

Buyer’s Inspection
Rolloff.com makes every effort to accurately and fairly describe vehicles to you. Please be advised that used vehicles will have wear and tear from years of use. Rolloff.com recommends buyers to do their own inspection of the vehicle they are interested in prior to buying.
